We take great pride in routinely being on schedule for your appointment. We respect your time and have created a revolving schedule to make appointment scheduling as convenient for you as possible. There will, however, be a few appointments, usually 2-4 during a 24-month period, that are scheduled during off peak hours, 9 a.m. to
2 p.m.

During treatment, you will need to be seen every 2-8 weeks. Our office uses an automated appointment reminder system called House Calls to confirm your appointments 2-3 days in advance. The system will play a personalized message and give you the option to confirm your appointment, replay the message or leave a message for the office. It is important that you place a response and that whoever answers the phone relays the message accordingly. If there is no one home, the system will leave a message on your answering machine. If you change your home phone number, please notify us immediately.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, kindly give us 48 hours notice. We will make every attempt to reschedule your appointment within the same week,
if possible, so that your treatment stays on schedule. This may require being seen during off peak hours.
